A Capita representative called me to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview was not difficult. There was no technical question during the interview. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes.

it was more like an assessment day which included 3 phases. 1st one was the group study, second one was writing and last one was one to one interview. The writing one was the hardest part of the whole process other than that it was pretty standard

asked me to run through my CV, why i decided to apply for that specific job and events where i used my strengths. Basically whatever was on my CV, I was asked to elaborate on it.

Entrevista
I had two interviews, both of which were conducted within one week period. I first sat down with the hiring manager, who was then able to match me to a appropriate role. The followup interview was with the team manager and one of my current colleagues.
