The first interview was with someone from HR with basic interview questions and where they asked me my salary expectations. Then, they sent me a design test to design the homepage of a mobile shopping app, which I did. I sent in the challenge completed with aspects of research too to show the process. The person in charge of HR called me to tell me that it's a contractor type, with all the expenses this modality implies, and with a salary that quite below what I had asked. This lack of clarity and respect for the person's time and effort made me decline the offer with those conditions. Do better!
