It depends on the role and the hiring needs, so it can be quite quick with 1-2 stakeholders or a longer one, but in general there is a first HR contact and then you move on to more senior consulting roles. Normal questions: STAR framework, techncial skills, maybe a presentation...average questions actually. It will depend on the department, sector and specific needs, as well as your seniority of course. Simply expect a normal hiring process, with more or less stages depending on the factors above. Language will be english and local language. Presentation. if applicable, with PPT - Excel. Same process for referrals., in general.

Had 3 interviews, 1 with HR, one with capability Sr Manager with a business case and English capability test and a Final interview with the area VP. The general feeling was good, and everyone seemed very friendly and nice.
