I had attended recruitment drive which consisted of 3 rounds, paper based test, technical round and HR round. Paper based test was ok, technical round was good and HR round was for salary negotiation. Overall the experience was fine, not too tough.

Hice una primera entrevista con RRHH donde te cuenta un poco sobre capgemini y el cliente que vas a ir. La segunda fue con el manager del proyecto y por ultimo, con el cliente que es el que decide la contratacion. Despues hicieron la oferta formal de trabajo.
