I have a virtual interview with Capgemini on 29th April 2025 at 1 PM. It includes two rounds: one technical interview followed by an HR interview on the same day.

The interviews I experienced were notably easy and straightforward, encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects. The technical interviews focused on practical problem-solving skills and relevant knowledge, allowing candidates to showcase their abilities without excessive pressure. Similarly, the non-technical interviews emphasized interpersonal skills, cultural fit, and communication, creating a relaxed atmosphere that fostered open dialogue. What truly stood out was the great attitude displayed by everyone involved in the process. Interviewers were not only professional but also approachable, making it easy to engage with them. Their positive demeanor contributed to a welcoming environment, which alleviated any nerves I might have had. Overall, the entire interview experience was smooth, supportive, and encouraging, reinforcing my interest in the organization.
