Interview process takes 45 minutes and be prepared. You will need to take a typing test (required is 30 wpm) a spelling test, which can be tricky - I happened to pass, but know several that did not pass. The last part is a revoicing test. You will have a set of headphones on, you will hear a sentence or two and you need to revoice / repeat what you heard as the talker talks. Note: if you don't pass any of the 3, you will not be hired and will have to re-take the test again until you pass. I was offered the position after passing the tests, that same day.

Typing test, Voice recognition test, and general 1:1 interview questions. Nothing too difficult. Be ready to answer for how you react to feedback, strengths and weaknesses, and ability yo concentrate and pay attention in a noisy, fast-paced work environment.
