Horrible. 9+ interviews for being rejected after the weirdest interview with a VP with little feedback. And that includes an assignment with a full on communications campaign for them. I don't recommend it at all.

I couldn’t find any detailed information about the types of questions asked during early-stage interviews. I find it hard to believe that each interview would take an hour—it seems excessive! However, I’d like to give it a try, as it would be interesting to gain different interview experiences. I just wish I could review similar questions beforehand to feel more prepared.

Very long interview process. Three one hour interviews with one interviewer in each interview, none of the interviewers were from the team I was applying for, all of them were from marketing/content which made it more difficult for them to answer my questions. Their questions were repetitive across the 3 interviews. Was asked about my most successful comms campaign in each one, I thought it was best to maintain a consistent story and answer but was told by the 3rd interviewer that "we've heard enough about that project".

The interview process was polite but impersonal, with disorganized scheduling, generic questions, minimal culture insights, and sporadic follow-up. Technical assessment was basic, and feedback or offer details were lacking, leaving a somewhat detached, transactional experience.
