The process was unnecessarily lengthy. Written interview where I had to write about my high school achievements, which felt completely irrelevant given my professional experience and qualifications. This entire ordeal was a colossal waste of time. I highly discourage everyone from applying to this company unless you have endless patience for their drawn-out and inefficient hiring practices.

There were 3 initial rounds, followed by 3 more technical rounds (this included doing a take home assignment you have to present).
The process is long, and can be disappointing to receive no offer and no feedback by the end of the session.

The interview process is described by others. It is simply a waste of time if you really are interested in the getting hired. Though you can use the interview process to refresh your interview skills and use them for other more serious companies ;)

Fase di selezione lunga e tediosa, costituita da diverse fasi inutili e discriminatorie (un test attitudinale con diverse domande riguardo il mio percorso di studi liceale con una decina di domande aperte, un test delle capacità motorie e intellettuali basato sulla velocità di risposta a domande di matematica e logica), tempi di attesa lunghi.
