There are 6 or more steps to it. First you have to submit an essay talking about your vision for the role. Second they will take a very simple Logical reasoning and behavioral test. Third they schedule a cultural interview where you talk to a member of the team you will be joining and the fourth is an HR interview. The 5th step is the main technical interview. It isn't that difficult an interview.
