The entire process was flawless, and then I went up to the assessment round and scored an excellent percentage. I was waiting for their next email. After a week they didn't respond so I sent a follow-up mail on that. And they told me that they are currently closing the position. The thing is if they didn't want to select me they could have rejected me on the second round itself why they told me to take the assessment test. Also if they have chosen any different candidate over me then they could simply say that we decided not to move forward with your application instead of they are closing the position. And this much delay for just a rejection mail is disappointing. If they didn't want to go ahead with me they could have said after 2 3 days after the round. The rest of the staff who interviewed me on the second round were positive so no issues regarding them. Just make clear if you do not want to go with the candidate tell him before the final round itself so he can try elsewhere instead of waiting for your response.

One interview - but sent my portfolio in multiple times. Took an inside friend to get the interview. Principal interviewing was 30 minutes late to interview. Was very friendly in the interview but once i started there, hardly said 'Hi' in passing.
