HR will contact you and schedule a time for a phone interview. It's more like having a chat with you first then considering you should go to the next step or not. phone call interviews do not ask any questions on your portfolio.

HR screening for 30 mins. talked about basic profile and qualification including prior experiences. It was a nice and quick conversation to know about the comapny and the position. They said that it will take about two weeks for the next steps.

The interview process was wonderful. I met with team members who introduced themselves. We went over portfolio and experiences. Overall the process was amazing. What went from a positive experience turn into a negative one. I went from consistent communication to eventually being ghosted. I went through a total of 5 interviews in various forms for 8 months. Talk about time being wasted!
