Was an intern, so I was taken into a conference room for a somewhat surprise interview with people I knew. Was given an official offer after a couple days. It was pretty informal since they already knew my skills/personality.

The interview process only took an hour. Two people interviewed me. Nice Energy. We made jokes throughout the interview. They answer my question honestly. The overall experience was probably one of the most relaxed interviews I have ever had.
