Extremely slow and bureaucratic process. I initially applied in November 2023. Mid Jan. 2024: First interview with HR recruiter via phone screen followed by a proofreading take home assignment. Mid February 2024: panel interview with hiring manager followed by a lengthy take home research project afterwards. In the end, I was ghosted by the recruiter despite the hiring manager claiming that they would "definitely get back to me by the end of the month." I am not even sure if they ended up hiring someone.
