Because of COVID, my interview was web-based (over Microsoft Teams). The interview process was very positive. Any nerves I felt before the interview disappeared within the first few minutes. I felt as though the interviewer really wanted to get to know who I am, not merely my credentials as a candidate. The entire interview lasted less than an hour, and by the end I felt I had a solid understanding of who Canidae is as a company and a culture.
