Apply online. If your skills match more than 50% - you get an online SJT(situational judgment test). If passed - company values test (how your values are in line with company's). If passed - online role play test. What happens next don't know as didn't pass the role play.

Role play is when they have a lot of papers (memos, calendars, faxes, claims, meetings etc.) with the task to study them and then prioritize and create an actin plan to get the best result and solve the issues. Very limited time to get done. Most difficult part is to jump over the documents online as printing is not allowed. If you have a phenomenal memory - no problem. I had an issue to remember all the dates and figures and had to come back and search for them over and over. Much easier if all the actual papers are in front of you and you can put them in front of you for easy access.

Entrevista
It was straightforward. There were behavioural questions and one must answer using the STAR method. They asked about previous work and how one fits into the current role. Having a vehicle, driving was mandatory. At the end, they will give you a chance to ask questions. So you can ask a typical day in this role, what to expect in the first three months, KPIs etc.
