Welcoming and warm. Technical where needed. They clearly convey that they want someone who can communicate effectively and work well individually and as a team. My role was more of a technical co-op role, and a lot of the work wasn't set and came as needed.

Was expecting a possible hands on exercise but that didn't happen.
