The field team is looking for culture fits, all experience is field taught. ME background helps, but anyone with a strong work by ethic excels here. Two part interview to discuss with job with a manger and then a culture interview with the team I will work with.
2 interviews. One with the the managers to get to know if you are fit for the role and one with project team members to see if you are a fit within the office.
