I was contacted soon after my resume was submitted and had a phone interview. This was followed by 2 face to face interviews where I met all levels of employees, including management and founders. It did take some time from first interview to offer, but I was always kept informed. I was happy to be offered the position with this company.

The interview included questions about my education, skills and background as well as my work ethic, ability to work well independently and with others, and what I felt were the advantages of a smaller company.
