It seems to take about three days for the company to call for an interview after getting your resume. Resumes are first sent through the HR department and then forwarded on to the regional managers. Since the company recruits through blind craigslist postings it's not unusual for more than one regional manager to call you. The regional managers at this company are very hard to get a hold of so you don't want to miss that phone call. The interviews are very casual and sometimes open the coffee shop sometimes open office of the apartment community. I've interviewed with two regional managers both of which promised to call me on a specific date and didn't. One of them even noshowed for our interview which was 69 miles away from my house. Though I wasn't hired for either position I still get called by regional managers pretty often. One manager did mention a very stringent screening process.
