Quick for me, but that's not the case for all. I was hired within two weeks, however some people have waited months. Not sure why this is the case, but perhaps it was quicker for me because I was available in a specific time zone they needed and I'm TEFL certified, maybe that made a difference.

I was an online application process and I never met with anyone via video for a formal interview. I just submitted my application and a video and was told they'd be in touch via email and was accepted a few weeks later

Easy. No formal interview. You need to complete a profile for yourself, onboarding video and then a tutor video that will be on your profile. It is reviewed and then you can work.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty easy and painless you just had to record some demo lessons and submit them and wait for feedback. Then I heard back from them in a few days and was given an offer and accepted as a teacher for kids and adults.
