Job was posted and I applied for the position. When I was called in for the interview they just wanted my background information, why i was a good fit for the job and to describe myself. Nothing out of the ordinary but was extremely competitive for the position. I heard back within a few weeks and was offered the job as a part time intern

Entrevista
Simple, zoom interview took place with two people. Asked about previous work experience, relevant coursework, and what I am hoping to get out of the position. It was about 30 minutes long and they were very communicative after the process.
Panel of 3 people takes turns asking questions. The questions are also printed individually on paper and set in a binder so you can reference them. At the end you can go back and add to your answers as well if you missed anything

Describe a time you've had to work through a conflict with someone else
Short Interview by two people and asked typical questions. Interview was 3 to 5 questions and about 30 minutes long. Response was quick, but can take longer depending on situation.
