The whole process took about 3 weeks. I really enjoyed the recruitment process with Callsign. The questions were honest and really connect with the position and the level of the expertise required for the position. The offer was very competitive too. They seem to be a great company to work for. The first interview was a video call that took about 45 minutes with one interviewer. The second one took about 1 hour with 2 interviewers. They used Microsoft Teams for the video calls.
