The interview was a 4 stage process. First was an HR screening, next was a technical, third was a culture type interview, where both sides asked their questions. Last was a short final chat for the hiring manager to clarify a few points. It wasn’t too difficult and the team were all very nice and easy to get on with. I knew they would have been great to work with. Calligo were excellent at keeping me informed every step of the way, which in these times seems to be an exception.
