Entrevista
Stage 1 (Online): Wonderlic assessment, coding assessment. Both easy. For the coding exam key is making sure it works; no obvious edge cases were missed.
Stage 2 (Phone): Phone screen with member of development team.
Stage 3 (On-site): Behavioral and technical interview. Behavioral focused on initiative and drive. Technical was relatively easy. Focus was on how you thought through problems, weren't seeking absolute best time/memory optimized solutions.
Stage 4 (Contingent Offer): Must pass drug screen and background check.

Entrevista
Initial Screening: Phone screen, online Wonderlic exam.
Later on-site interviews: Company culture/historian interview, technical interview, re-take Wonderlic.
They seem to place importance on the Wonderlic, so it's worth studying a little bit. If you have a programming background, the technical portion should be pretty manageable. The personality questions were not too aggressive, just have your general situations/outcomes ready.

I was contacted by someone at Call Box through email. They gave me a coding challenge in python and an aptitude test to complete. I made it to the next round and had a phone interview with an engineer. After that there was an in person interview.. I redid the aptitude test, interviewed with developers and team leads, and then was taken out to lunch. The technical portion consisted of debugging a piece of code and pseudocoding a problem I was given. At the end, I was even introduced to the CEO and CFO. It seemed like a fun group, but I declined because the salary was too low.
