Entrevista
There weren’t very many questions. The interview served mainly as a screening process to check personality compatibility and English ability. At the end of the initial interview I was informed that an offer would be made.

I absolutely cannot fathom the positives reviews for this school and I would absolutely not recommend applying for this school or even setting up an interview unless you're desperate to get into a cult. Two and a half hours of non-stop talking listing everything that you can and cant do, what you have to wear, how you have to act, and how you have to be at least 30 minutes early (without being paid of course) to greet parents. I was told that i was not allowed to drink water in front of the children, that i had to wear a coloured handkerchief in my blazer, and all this other nonsensical bull. I know the Japanese working culture is very strict and backwards, but this tops the cake. Had many years of experience under my belt as a teacher prior to applying and got told during the interview that "Let's face it, You won't be a good teacher now or in 5 years time, But at least you can gain more experience" What??!? Also, when applying, they offered free accommodation as their big benefit. Sly in the way that they're cutting it out of your pay without you even realising - And if anyone thinks that getting 160k a month is good, apply for another Japanese company and get all of that and more. Do not settle for a conniving and shady company, it is not worth it.

Entrevista
It lasted about 2 hours, online.
The interviewer talked about the expectations & conditions of the job.
I asked about some concerns I had after reading negative reviews online. After the interviewer answered my questions, I decided to apply for the job, and was accepted. I am excited by the opportunity to work in Japan, and I'll follow up here after working at CLI.
