The interview was in a group setting, and started with a meditation practice by one of the employees who read a poem. It was the first time I had meditated, and we were given 5 minutes to reflect on the poem. This process brought everyone, including myself, to a relaxed, mindful and focused state, which seemed to eliminate any anxiety I may have been feeling at the time. I was open to their questions (we were 8 people sitting in a circle around a lit candle), and remember smiling and being fully engaged in the process.
