I sent the Technical Manager Kowie my CV via email he then requested me to send him a message on Whatsapp and introduce myself. From there onwards he asked me a few questions along with the request for a recent picture of myself. After giving him this information he said he will contact me the next day to arrange a interview. The next morning he said the position is filled, it is highly unprofessional and he should have advised that he has someone he made the offer to but he just keeping his options open.
