The process began with a brief 5-minute phone call with a representative from the Human Resources department, during which we confirmed some basic details and set expectations for the next steps. Shortly after, I attended a 30-minute in-person interview where we had a more in-depth discussion about the role, responsibilities, and how my background aligns with the team’s needs. The conversation also touched on the company culture, potential growth opportunities, and what the onboarding process might look like if I were to move forward.

They made me do a quiz for the Dewey decimal system, which was two pages long but it didn’t take that long, like probably 20 minutes. It was very easy just going from smallest to biggest numbers and also alphabetically ordering names, and then asked nontechnical interview questions, based on situations n scenerios.
