Before interviewing, I was given two (short) sql tests to complete, to make sure I knew what I was doing in SQL. The interview itself was conducted over Skype, as I was interviewing with my team lead in the UK. They were very good at asking me relevant questions, and giving me good feedback, both on my role in the company, as well as how I performed on the pre-interview tests.
