The interview process was a panel interview. They ask different questions down the line (Very Easy Questions) just be funny, and yourself. If you're shy, you're not gonna get a position. It's a casino/hotel they want people who are outgoing.

Panel Interview - Not a good idea! Obvious chooses to continue with the interview where all younger than those they did no select and walk out of the process. They might want to rethink this process before someone screams "discrimination"! Of course its their decision to not hire over 30!
