I've had two interviews so far, both by phone and a third is scheduled. So far the interviews have been very good, with the people I've talked with being very easy to talk with and the questions were not terribly difficult to answer. They spent a good deal of time getting to know me and my skill set and seemed far more interested in that than asking strange questions that no one really knows how to answer. Over all it has been a very positive experience so far and I hope to do well in the next interview.
