I haven't interviewed because I didn't finish the assessments. I finished the 12-minute assessment and then I got to question #52 in the second assessment. I don't think it's right to require people to spend 45 minutes completing assessments without knowing if I'm even going to get an interview. It's wasting 45 minutes for absolutely no reason.
