I interviewed with 4 people, two of whom I'd worked with before as a contractor in the same dept. I also talked with someone in the same role. It was relaxed and informational from both sides. I learned much more about the position and what it entails. I got a much clearer picture of the company and of whom I would ultimately end up working with.
