Online tests with multiple screening stages. Selection was be editing test by email. Their selection processes seemed standardised. I have no problems with it. No payments were specified initially so I took the test. Discovered later that pay was PATHETIC.
Cooperative organisation and team members. Nice HR. Technical test and other tests are there. You need to qualify that and a get to know interview. Very friendly team. Supportive interviewers.

Online test was conducted which required editing of grammatical and factual errors. It was very involved and covered a wide range of topics. The whole test took 90 minutes although it was stated the average test take took 60 minutes.
