It was good. The creative director and the marketing head were gracious and asked relevant questions. However, they do prefer experienced professionals which they made clear. My profile was shortlisted because they liked the work I had done but somehow couldn't make it to the next round as I had just a year of experience. They did refer me for other opening though.
