I had a first interview scheduled over the phone with a Talent Acquisition Partner which they had to reschedule half an hour before apparently due to signal issues. I suggested a new date and didn't hear back. I chased it about a week later and still no reply. About a month later I got an automated email saying they weren't taking my application further. Very, very unprofessional.

Relatively straightforward, you do an interview via teams and the questions re quite basic. Ended getting an offer which I accepted, although I left not long after due to the micromanagement and the constant antagonism.
