A reasonably thorough process - numeracy/personality/motivation tests. Face to face interview with hiring manager and someone doing a similar role. Biggest problem for me was the fact that it was all about them. No attempt to sell the role nor the company to me. After that was advised very quickly that I was one of the strongest they had seen and would invite me back for another interview with a senior manager as a final check. I have heard nothing since. If you get an interview at C&W I would recomend that you ask questions about the role throughout the interview rather than waiting for them to sell it to you.
