The interviewer was strongly pressing the point that the company is located in Sydney, NE, a very small town with little going on. (But an outdoorsmen's paradise.) He stressed that he has problems with a lot of employees thinking they want to work for Cabelas and don't mind living in a small town and then leave within a year becuase they don't like it.
