There were several questions about past employment and work history. Meanwhile while you answer they write down what you say so I was trying to speak slowly and not give too much detail.

One of the difficult questions was about a time you made a mistake and had to own up to the consequences and how you made it right.
The hiring fair was unorganized and unprofessional. The staff managing were admitting it was chaotic. They were talking about how the company was not good at letting them do the Interviews last minute. It was a very terrible experience.

Entrevista
Applied to the job online. Heard back about a week later. Had a quick phone screening, then went in for a formal interview. Normally there are two interviews in person, but they skipped the second because they needed someone right away.
