Smooth and easy. Everyone was very friendly. I felt right at home as soon as I sat down to meet everyone. This was hands down the best interview I ever had and I knew I needed to work here

Administration was polite and courteous. They walked me through step by step before hand on what to expect. During the interview there were 3 people apart of it, one of the subject area leaders, the assistant principal and the head principal.

The interview was streamlined and focused, but also provided a chance for questions on both sides. It was comfortable but definitely thorough. I felt that both my time and talent were valued.
