Easy going, the gm is friendly and values new members. He brings you into the office and begins to chat with you just as normal chat. He wants to get to know you as a person and then asks if you have any cable or electrical/wiring experience

A very relaxed setting. He explained what the job was all about, the pay scale, what the goal of the company was, and his expectations of his techs. I really appreciate knowing this information so i could get a good idea of who i was gonna work for.
