Before you even get to a technical interview, you'd face a screening process led by their HR manager. There are two lengthy application forms which requires you to disclose your current and past salaries, give three references, and answer several questions focused around a single theme: why you want to work for this company. If your story is not smooth enough, there will be a follow-up email, asking you to explain why you demanded a greater than miserable salary, for example. If the HR does not like any of your answers, you would never get to the next step.
