Firstly, I sent CV , after a few days I got an answer from the company. We agreed for a phone interview.
During a phone Interview, I had to answer a few questions.
Then, I've got the email with the invitation to the office. In the office I had another interview.

The hiring process was in 2 interviews. One on the phone and then one in person in the language required for the job (French in this case). The interview questions focused on personality and personal interests.
