There is no interview process. They always need people so once you submitted the resume, they contacted me and ask when you are able to work. If you want it, you can just take it. I think the resume is pretty much the way they filter
I recieved an offer before the interview. Got text message and an an offer then I met the dlbthen started the new job. All of this withi. 2 weeks . As long as you accept a terrible store they are desperate and will accept you as long you can breath and talk.

Very conversational, low pressure. Asked if I had children which made me uncomfortable. Overall very low pressure easy interview. Immediately restructured and I was moved to another manager than the one who hired me.
