What do you do when conflict happens with fellow workers or managers If I have a conflict with one of my coworkers or my manager, I always try to handle it immediately by approaching the situation calmly and trying to discuss the problem. I will openly listen to different perspectives so I can understand others' viewpoints. If the situation hasn’t worked out yet between me and my fellow workers or my manager, at least I can understand their viewpoint so I can internally work it out myself first to make sure it doesn’t affect the productivity of our day.
