After submitting my resume, I was invited to complete a computer-based interview, where I was asked questions and recorded video responses. Afterwards, I was interviewed by 4 different individuals, who were very helpful in explaining what the role will entail, at a pace of about 1 interview a week. The entire process did take about 2 months, but it was worth it in the end.
