Interview went very smooth, I received a 15 min call with the recruiter, and a few weeks later an interview with a Supervisor and hiring Manager. Within a week or so I received a call from the recruiter with an offer.

Submitted application and completed assessment same day on Feb. 9th. Got email to setup phone screening on Mar. 25th. Completed phone screening on Mar. 26th. During 15min call scheduled the 1 hr interview on April 1st. Completed the Teams video interview April 1st. Got call April 4th with job offer which I accepted. During the interview was two people, the interviewer asking the questions and the other person was there to take notes, they start off with going over the job description, whats expected in training and the start date (which information is also sent to your email prior to the interview). They then asked about 5-6 hard questions, which is when you give answers based on your experience, specifically scenarios using the STAR method. This lasted about 30-40mins mins based on how much information you gave. At least for me the interviewer was very nice and made you feel comfortable. After the hard questions they go through soft questions like rate from 1-5 your level of experience using Excel. After that they ask if you had any questions. I asked 4 questions about the position, culture and growth opportunities of the company which the interviewers were thorough in their answers. Overall great experience that did last a 1 hour.
