Had a recruiter reached out through LinkedIn. Has a technical screening call which had SQL coding round and questions/discussions on the projects worked on. Interviewers were very friendly and asked about the availability for the next round but sent a rejected email after a month and following up for few times.

It was a 3 round process excluding the recruiter call.
In the recruiter call, I was asked some basic technical questions like SQL and python basics.
Then the first round was a technical coding interview round with the hiring manager. Second one was also a technical coding interview round but with another manager. Last round was a behavioral round with their higher up.

Both interviews went good but got ghosted for 3 weeks and then generic rejection email.
