First phone interview then in-person hiring manager and group interview. Phone interview was pretty standard and easy. In person interview is fair. Met with a group then met with hiring manager. Not too difficult.

Tell me about your experience and how it can benefit the organization. How have you handle scope creep or difficult situation? How do you prioritize projects and work decisions?
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
it was pretty good and i really enjoyed the part where they asked questions and i answered questions and then we talked about stuff and the job and other jobs
