3 total interviews, background check took the longest. About a 3 month process. Orientation was a tad awkward with covid. The building is set up like a honeycomb. Absolutely beautiful. A gym, showers, cafateria, beautiful. All wonderful. The process is simple and the folks are awesome. They provide all the equipment you need to get set up and offer both remote and in office positions. The pay is decent and they have quarterly bonuses. They do value their employees and upper management always makes themselves available for their teams. Absolutely fantastic.

Customer service, are you willing to advocate for people who cant advocate for themselves. Provide a white glove service for our members and make sure their needs are met before anything else.

The interview process was easy the questions were scenario questions that pretty much asked you how you would handle members in certain situations as in what if you had an irate member how would you handle that
